Barbara Bouvier is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor specializing in Industrial & Office Sales and Leasing. With extensive experience in industrial and office, she is dedicated to providing both owners and occupiers with the changes that occurred in the DC and PA Metropolitan areas.  

Throughout her career, Barbara has represented clients in major industrial deals with mid-to-large companies in the local industrial market. This industrial knowledge has helped her close major deals with large moving and storage companies, large construction firms, churches, and mid-sized schools. With her expertise in the office market, she's closed major deals for corporations, financial institutions, midsize tax firms, large technology firms, and medical practices. In addition, Barbara has assisted tenants in finding new spaces and owners in expanding their portfolios.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial Barbara worked in business management, sales/ marketing, and client acquisition for 16 years for some of the world's largest cosmetic companies including Estee Lauder. The combination of her passion for commercial real estate and entrepreneurship makes her commercial to the core.
