We all know that emotions are powerful. They can make us feel happy, sad, angry, and everything in between. Emotions are also powerful enough that they can actually change your body chemistry. This means that if you’re feeling emotion, then your body is going through changes on a chemical level.
While it’s normal to experience negative emotions like sadness or anger at times, it’s important to remember that negative emotions can also cause stress to build up inside of you. This stress can have an impact on your health in many ways including weakening your body's immune system, perception, attention, learning, memory, reasoning, and problem-solving.

1. Laughter: Laugh often and laugh out loud.
Make it a habit to spend time with friends who make you laugh. And then return the favor by sharing funny stories or jokes with those around you.
